Got off trail at Snickers Gap to take a 4 mile heinous highway detour into Bluemont. Sure as shit, the USPS for the second time in 5 days bent me over a barrel and showed me the 50 states. No shoes, no tent. No package. Normal day for their line of business, nothing to see here.. I left town with a quart of ice cream at 10:30am so not all was lost. The post office put a fire under my ass today. I was hiking aggressively out of spite. The rollercoaster was the most eventful terrain of the day and will be missed. Though overall, terrain has become increasingly cruisy, which I won’t complain about. In Harper’s Ferry now cowboy camping under a roof at the Interpretive Design Center with Yuengling cause the world is our hostel.. Delinquent activities
