50 minutes easing back into it after getting sick this weekend. Legs and energy felt pretty good. 
Tired of my mileage going 📈📉📈📉. 
Got sick this weekend, had to rest. Then 18 hour day for Send tour yesterday, straight into another full day today. 
All I could sneak in, but felt decent all things considered. 
Hopefully Back on the normal base build tomorrow.
