Probably the worst race I've ever done.

I ran for 4 miles. There weren't many obstacles, but unfortunately one took me 5 minutes to complete. It was basically a carnival game where you had to throw a tire onto a peg. Questionable decisions were made to hold the race at 2pm in 99 degree weather. I think this was everything I hate about OCR. The new shoes were great. Hip recovered from Hyrox and running was decent. I should probably run more. And get a new job.
