St George Ironman 70.3 run

Slow start, but once my body got used to a healthier, more natural posture after the bike, I was able to pick up the pace.
Not quite the speed I was hoping for, but my expectations had pretty wide error bars as a first-time Half Ironman. All things considered, it was a great first and last 70.3. 
Awesome crowd and aid station volunteers (and GALLONS of ice water on the head and down the kit) made it that much better.
