Classic Rocky Mtn adventure

fun mix of singletrack, rail trail and dirt roads! very easy compared to the rides Ive been favoring, as it was well graded mostly, with just a few steeper sections. quite rewarding to go the distance! last section of road to the top was heinously snowed in and muddy, but I was determined to make it to the pass, so did a decent amount of walking. skipped that bit on the way back down. the rest of the down was quite enjoyable, until I got a puncture that could not be plugged up.. I was very sad to not get to ride the rest of the hill down, but sucked it up and started walkin. was prepared to hike 7-8 miles to the nearest bus stop… but I walked about a mile and was able to get a lucky hitch back into town
