To say the Bilk Creek Mountains are beautiful is understatement. I think I took over 100 pictures! Lots of aspen groves and greenery. Flowers appear to be a couple week away.

Road was pretty solid getting into the range and can be driven easily to the summit. There is a snow drift blocking access now though. 

I parked lower to make a loop with Trident Peak. Made for a great day with amazing views of surrounding peaks like Duffer, Steens, Pueblo, Disaster and King Lear.

Trident Peak hadn’t been logged in PeakBagger since 2016 and the last to sign the register was in 2020.

This peak is a big time sleeper!
