I've been looking forward to this run all day. But of course shin and calf cramps strike again. I had to walk for some of this. Not cool. I wonder if it's a show or insole problem. This seems to be a recent running problem for me. Usually my legs are not the limiting factor.

Also, all of Fayetteville smelled like weed?

On a positive note I got to go outside and enjoy the beautiful evening so I'm the end this was a win in my book! Sky was pretty, vibes were on point. I haven't listened to this band in awhile. Would recommend.
