Main: (2100/3200)
2 rounds of:
1 x 300 - strong @ 15 SR
2 x 150 a little faster @ 15 SR
3 x 100 a little faster @ 20 SR
6 x 25 – FAST w extra Fast Feet  @ 20 SR
60 second rest between rounds 

Cool down: 200 ez
