Been so long I forgot how I somehow turn errands into fitness objectives.  Dropped my car off @ a shop this am to install new rims & get an alignment, then walked home 5.5mi.  I decided to use an e-bike in my parents garage to cut down the time to pick it up, not realizing how much work was involved but dang did I get a workout on these Appalachian foothill roads.
