was a busy day shopping and prepping food plus  gear. finally got done everything by 8 pm had some food quickly and hit the road. got dropped off in bolton on route 2, and went northbound on the long trail. there was one good water source at the beginning of the trail section but other then that it was somewhat dry. which was amazing for the trail conditions but also resulted in not having really any water source had to take a side trail to a shelter that had a stream. the trail down to the shelter had a couple pools of water that looked pretty good
