Whitney Peak, some Bicentennial, Holy Cross Ridge, and Holy Cross itself! Long day. Probably closer to 16 miles. Started out with Jack and Sarah before they split to do the normal halo ridge route a couple miles in. Sunrise was amazing in the upper Fall Creek basin! Managed to stand on the true summit cube of Whitney and get off of it without too much trouble, that’s a big stout boulder! Dropping a bunch of vert and having to go up it again for the Bicentennial was demoralizing, but at least the talus was stable and the frozen lake was cool. A lot of tedious rock hopping from there to the Holy Cross summit, where I met back up with Jack and Sarah and we hiked out together. Holy Cross is cool and brutal as always
