4 weeks without a run. Longest break I've taken (forced or otherwise) from running since spring 2015. A literal decade. Now I know that means I'm unbelievably, stupidly lucky, but not being able to do this thing for the past month while also not working has been hard. And I really mean hard. Mental health has been in the gutter some days, but just being able to turn the watch to "run" mode gave that little bit of catharsis I was looking for. 10x1min running/1min walking. No pain.
