Feels like high school but slower

Whelp, I’m about as fast as I was a sophomore in high school. Crazy how it feels like I’ve replaced all my fast-twitch muscles with slow-twitch ones. I guess long, sustained mountain climbing will do that.

Also interested how I able to put up an effort like this with very little running but mid-winter in Salt Lake. Just goes to show how altitude training from touring plays a big role. 

Also also got asked by a soldier near the Knesset if I had a gun lol
