New day, same weather. At least there was a breeze on this one. Wasn't terrible in the shade, but still spent a good bit of time in the sun. Was planning on seven, but after a stop around 2.6, decided just go for 6+. Hot glue seemed to do the trick in fixing these shoes, at least for now. Socks still seemed pretty slippery once I stopped, and I never got going anywhere near workout pace on this run. Track workout with Matt tomorrow morning.
