Had hoped to hit 3-4 8s at VO2 but am starting to feel the stress and tension accumulate in my body. Abs were super tight and I was cramping up pretty hard so I called it after the second one.

Paces were overall about where I'd wanted but not necessarily even. Still struggling to relax my core post-run.
