Who needs to go to the fair to ride Roller Coaster?

The good news is felt really strong and feeling in good shape. Took it really easy but it was shaping up to be a good run until a tripped about 12 miles in and my left hip/thigh landed right on rock. It hurt enough I felt nauseous for a while. But I was able to put weight on it and walk/limp out the last 5 miles, just the whole left lateral thigh felt on fire and stiff. I think it’s just scraped and bruised pretty good. So hopefully it heals up quick and I can get back into things.
