Zwift - Figure 8 in Watopia
Suitas CX practice, did some turning drioks, barriers, laps of race loop slow and some hot practice laps at the end
Zwift - Figure 8 in Watopia- had to go easy with a higher cadence because left hamstring was sore after running with xero shoes yesterday
Trail run at hunters with new xero trail shoes!
