One Last Run

Not that I was planning on racing tomorrow, but definitely not after this run. Brandyn Naro dragging me through the backyard mountain was not the return I was hoping for, especially not with the reintroduction of heat and humidity. This was a far cry from the mid-40s and mist that I saw the past couple days. And the 6 hour red eye probably didn't help my legs either. I'd say I'll double, but I'm not sure I'm up to it in these conditions, my watch does say that my heat acclimation is down to 1%. Maybe I'll hit the bike.
