Asante had some miles to go in his distance workout, so I offered to pace him for part of it. 
Met him on the traction line as he completed his recovery run between interval 2 & 3 and then ran at a consistent 6:47/8 pace with him for a 5k. 
13 miles for the day!
Feeling like Zach Young !!
Saw many FRVD people getting their miles in, including Ray John, Linh Le,Cassidy Reyda, and a few more! 

So joyful a community! 

What a great way to start a Saturday!!
