Was supposed to do 9 easy miles and 7 miles at goal pace. Should have pushed this run to Sunday. Probably went a bit fast the first 9, was under fueled, and lack of sleep and nutrition this week. Got through the first two at goal pace and felt real crappy and got stung by something, and realized this week was already a wash with two long days at work throwing a wrench at me. Don’t need to do more harm than good. I ended this run then did 1.5 back to my car. Next week was supposed to be a down week with a 9 mile long run, so I will attempt this same run next week instead. 😅
