This was bad. Really bad. Legs felt ok. Lungs were killing me. It was like I was completely out of breath with the slightest effort. But HR was not anywhere close to where I should have that feeling. I don't know if it was cause it was super humid after not being humid for several weeks. I don't know if it's overtraining. I don't know if it's the new job site that's butt far away. Probably all, and bad sleep. Reps in workouts are good and not pushing too hard to hit times since I'm going by HR. One more week till a rest week. Seems like it's definitely needed.
