Two Dog Flats aka Humility

Well, the sub 3hr round trip is probably not happening this season, but I'll take a 26 minute PR (3:54 -> 3:28).

I can see about 15 minutes to improve, between better routefinding, better pacing, gear optimization, and fitness tuneup. Any more than that would require getting to a totally new level of fitness.

On the plus side: not only was my fitness clearly improved compared to early season, but I was way more confident on the rock, flying up and down pitches that I had to stop and think about a few months ago. Also ran down the scree much faster, and felt both stronger and more stable while doing so.
