Felt surprisingly good to get on the bike, at least for 10 minutes. Mt Clinton road was closed due to some road work, but luckily they let me through. The climb up to Jefferson Notch was so tough, had nothing left in my legs. The descent down Jefferson Notch was fast and a little scary, I don’t think that the Trek Domane was designed to go that fast down a dirt road. Got stuck behind a slow ass jeep. I was hoping they would pull over and let me pass, but no, so I just sprinted past on a straight section.  The chafing from my run made this excruciatingly painful.
