Jeez, I leave for two weeks and now its dark and mildly chilly when my alarm goes off. What's up with that? Run was decent, t-shirt and stretchy gloves, though probably could have gotten away with a singlet. But it is that time of year, do I sign up for Boston next year? Haven't run it since 2021, but have lowered my PR by about 12 minutes since, with a pair of sub-2:40s in the past year. I'll take arguments for or against in the comments. Double and lift this afternoon.
