Train the mind and the body will follow. Climbed some majestic ass mountains today. Tough, tough day. But there’s a reason I’m not lying on the beach with my sabbatical. Estimated that I drank about 10 liters of water. I wish I was joking.

There was a thigh high, stiff and sturdy log protruding onto the trail as I rounded Sugarloaf. Sneaky bastard put me on my ass, while i cursed the heavens. Gonna feel that one in the morning
