Swim got shortened to the sprint trip length due to Lake Michigan being a washing machine past the pier, and delayed 15 minutes. Lost my watch on the beach, so my warm up was running around looking for that before I got directed to lost and found where they had it! People are so nice.  So that's how I started my trek, lol.
