Cranmore Mountain Race - 4th Overall

Pretty good run this morning. Got out the door a bit later than intended, was planning on 9am, but then got caught up watching the Toronto marathon on youtube, oops. Kept the run easy with the exception of the return trip on Allds in the tenth mile. Interesting that I only got 5:40 pace on the segment, while recording a mile time of 5:28 there, doesn't quite add up, but still got the crown by 15 seconds and certainly could go faster on fresher legs. 

Speaking of legs, they didn't feel too bad. Left shin was only mildly bothersome on the fast mile, otherwise unnoticeable. Still a bit tender to the touch, but not really sure what I did to it other than run the race yesterday. Everything else seemed fine, just a bit overdressed, shirtless was probably the right move at this hour. Now I've got a week before I need to run 1.5 miles further in a time total time 1.5 minutes faster.
