Cranmore Mountain Race - 4th Overall

Legs still shot, but it wasn't a bad run. Warmer than I was expecting, or at least the 60-ish felt warmer than I thought it would. Definitely need to lift though, as evidence by my lackluster performance in the keg toss and stein hoist on Saturday. Double later in Maine. 7ish if there is little to no rain, 5ish if moderate, and 4 on the treadmill if its really bad. Also, done with these shoes, they just don't work for me. Getting hot spots on a few toes by mile three, no sense in continuing to try.
